Sahil Raina, a researcher, provides evidence on the performance gender gap.
Raina found that VC-financed startups led by female GPs (general partners) outperform male-led startups, as shown by the graph. The performance gap can show that women are possibly delivering higher quality work and increasing profitability as leaders in VC startups.
